Shop Owner's Portal

Thank you for your interest in Vermont Quilt Design. In addition to creating and selling our original designs, VQD actively works with shop owners to create excitement around quilting. The most common events are trunk shows (finished quilts on displays) and live classes. If you have any questions about how we can work together, please send a quick email to Vermont Quilt Design.

Top Three Reasons to Stock VQD Patterns
1. Easy-to-follow instructions that ensure your customers' success.
2. Beginner and moderate level quilts that are quick to finish.

3. Innovative use of traditional blocks.

Purchases: As a shop owner, you can purchase VQD patterns at wholesale prices. There is no minimum purchase or requirements for continual re-orders. We prefer to receive orders via email, and can also be reached by phone. VQD accepts all major credit cards and bills upon order.

Trunk Shows: We are more than willing to loan our finished quilts to your shop (at no charge) if you want to have a trunk show. Shop owners have had trunk shows with between 2 and 6 of our quilts at once, typically for a period of a month. During this time, they have reported increased sales in fabric and patterns. Note that we only have one finished quilt for each pattern, so schedule your trunk show today!

VQD Classes: Kay has been teaching classes for over 8 years to quilters of all skill level. Classes are a fun social event that can be designed around a project or even a specific skill.

Quilt Shows: We work with quilt shops that are carrying our patterns to make our samples available for the shop to bring to shows it attends.  We do not charge for the use of our quilts, as we think it is a mutually beneficial event. Please contact us to arrange.
